Information for customers outside the European Union
DYNABRIXX (Modellsteinbahn) is based in Germany – and the goods you order will be shipped to you exclusively from there.
All our product prices include the applicable VAT rate of EU countries – but by default, 19% of German VAT. However, VAT is only payable by customers within the European Union (EU).
If your delivery address is outside the EU, these taxes are waived – meaning you can shop tax-free in our webshop.
After logging into your user account, or after entering your delivery address, the product prices will be displayed correctly (with the respective VAT of your country, or without tax).
Please note that you may have to pay taxes and/or customs duties upon delivery of your shipment. And these costs are not part of the product or shipping price.
For all customers from the USA: due to the changed customs regulations of the current US government, significant customs duties and taxes/fees for all shipments to the USA are due since September 2025 (experience shows up to 35%). These fees are not part of the item or shipping price and will be collected by the shipping service provider before your order is delivered.
The incurred costs primarily depend on the recipient country and the value of your order. Therefore, before making your purchase, inform yourself about your country's regulations regarding customs duties and taxes on shipments from the EU. In most countries, shipping costs are considered an additional product value.
For tax and insurance reasons, the actual value of your shipment will be stated in the export documents. All packages leave our shipping department as "commercial goods delivery" – a declaration as a "gift of no value" cannot be made for the reasons stated above. We ask for your understanding.
Shipping to non-EU countries (except Switzerland) is currently exclusively via DHL, DHL Express, Deutsche Post, and UPS. Delivery in the recipient country then takes place (except for UPS and DHL Express) via your country's postal service.
